machine service & repair
Machine Service – Our repairman (more of a sewing machine guru) is Ken. He has been repairing machines for 40+ years and regularly services and repairs machines of all brands and models. Our goal is to have your machine serviced and back to you within 1 day. We're able to realize this goal because Ken is an in-house technician and we don't send our services to a 3rd party. Our standard machine service rate is $49.95 per hour and includes a thorough cleaning, oiling, minor adjustments (if necessary) and new needle. Most machines are serviced within the first hour.
Machine Repair – If a machine is in need of repair, we are able to fix most problems (such as broken components or electrical problems). We are able to get any Baby Lock, Janome, or Handi Quilter part quickly and if necessary, send your machine to the machine headquarters for in-depth repairs.
